Doctor, who adjusts you?

I've heard that some teachers make the worst students, and I imagine some doctors make the worst patients!

Truth be told, being a chiropractor is a physical job, and performing thousands of adjustments (many on patients who are more than twice my size) can begin to take it's toll over the years.

That's why I believe it is important for me to practice what I preach!

Fortunately for me, I'm married to a chiropractor! Trust me, there are many days when I get home from a busy office feeling more beat up than some of the people I treated that day.

Of course, maintaining good physical health through exercise and diet help to keep me in shape.

But long story short, my boss adjusts me!
