Hidden Secret to Health #1

Secret #1:

The Power That Made the Body Heals the Body

Have you ever stopped to think about that statement?

If when go back to the beginning, we come from two places: one cell from mama and one cell from papa! Did anyone reading this report come from somewhere else? Mars, maybe?

These two cells are so tiny that you can barely see them with the naked eye. Yet nine months later, what happens? We end up with a beautiful little baby with ten toes, ten fingers, two eyes, etc. Is that a miracle or what?

During this process there are many systems that form. While you were in the womb you developed a cardiovascular system, nervous system, skeletal system, muscular system, endocrine system, and reproductive system, among numerous others.

Take a guess which system formed first. Most people answer “cardiovascular system,” which makes sense. After all, we need a heart to pump blood to the other developing organs. But that’s not the answer. What is telling the heart to beat in the first place? That’s right! The nervous system.

The nervous system forms first, composed of the brain and spinal cord. It is the master system. It tells all the other systems what to do. It tells your heart to beat, your lungs to breathe, your eyes to produce tear and blink, your stomach to digest, etc., etc., etc.

The nervous system is so important, in fact, that the body wants to protect it with a hard shell around the top called the skull (my wife says mine is pretty thick) and a series of twenty-four moveable segments called vertebrae.

Only after the nervous system is installed do we get formation of all the other body systems.

So that is the first secret: The Power That Made the Body Heals the Body!
