How to break your junk food addiction

A good rule of thumb is to "shop the perimeter" of the grocery store. This is where you find most of your whole, unprocessed foods. The interior of the store is where all of the highly processed foods full of chemicals, preservatives, and refined carbohydrates are located. 
another woman of thumb, if you can't pronounce half the chemicals on the ingredients, you probably shouldn't be eating it!
