What’s the best oil for cooking?

If you need to cook with oil, I recommend butter, tallow, ghee, or organic coconut oil (my personal favorite) as excellent substitutes. 
Butter, for example, contains retinol (the active form of Vitamin A), Vitamin D, E, and K2, antioxidants, minerals and iodine, all of which are important for health.
