Why many patients visit a chiropractor regularly.

Do you drive a car or other vehicle? Do you have the oil changed every once in a while?

Do you brush your teeth on a regular basis?

Do you vacuum your carpets, mow your lawn, trim your hedges on a regular basis?

Why do any of perform any kind of maintenance activities at all? I think there are several reasons:

1. Pride of ownership.

2. Regular maintenance keeps things running OPTIMALLY.

3. Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns.

4. Regular maintenance actually SAVES us money by avoiding bigger problems.

Is it mandatory to invest our time and money into any of these maintenance activities? Absolutely not. But I think most of us would agree, it's a good idea and a wise use of our resources.

Some folks need way less maintenance than others. We may see them a few times year. Other people require a little more TLC. ;)
