Chronic disease rates have surged, and many experts point to modern living as the cause. Sedentary habits, processed foods, screen time, and toxin exposure may be harming our health more than we may realize. While the solution may not be all that simple, a return to an earlier way of life may hold the answers. Whole foods without preservatives and food dies, moderate physical activity, and less reliance on our devices certainly couldn't hurt!
