Coconut oil?

I believe that coconut is the best cooking oil you can use for your health. When consumed, the
medium-chain fatty acids are immediately converted into energy and stimulate your metabolism.
Coconut oil has other uses as well, such as topical applications and as a household cleaning agent. For best results, make sure your coconut oil is organic, unrefined and unbleached.
