Magnesium is good for heart health!

Are you deficient in magnesium?

Boost your magnesium intake with dark green leafy veggies. Avocados, seeds, nuts and homemade yogurt are also great sources.

You can also supplement with 300 to 400 mg per day. Try not to go overboard with it, though. Magnesium is also a natural laxative!
